PHASE 2
Deep Rotations
20 MONTHS
You'll dive into a track of YOUR CHOICE in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technical and rotate across functions within that track every four months.
These aren't shadowing roles, but you'll own projects, solve problems, and collaborate across departments to create real business impact.

PHASE 3
Cross-Functional Rotation
04 MONTHS
It's a stretch zone designed to help you connect the bigger picture, sharpen your adaptability, and bring cross-functional empathy into your leadership style.
PHASE 4
Graduation & Placement
As you complete the journey, you'll present a capstone project that reflects your learning, growth, and leadership. Based on your performance, you may be placed as an Assistant Manager or into a strategic role that aligns with your strengths and business needs.
